The Cremer CF counting machine is a high speed tablet and capsule counting machine for the pharmaceutical and parapharma industries such as medicines, vitamins, food supplements, health products etc. In 1982 Cremer introduced the first linear tablet and capsule counting machine. Ever since the CF model is renowned world wide for its 100% accuracy, high capacity, simple cleaning and operation, high reliability and durability.The basic CF model is a linear tablet and capsule counting machine with 3 vibratory plates which transport the product from the product hopper to the detection unit with a built-in dust compensation feature. While free-falling through the detection channels the products are scanned and counted with a 100% accuracy. Three dust extraction tubes and an additional dust collection manifold provide an efficient way for removal of product dust and small particals. High-speed air-operated cylinders underneath the detection unit are used to accurately collect and discharge the exact product counts into a container. During each count discharge the especially designed filling nozzle descends over the container/bottle neck in order to eliminate the possibility of product spillage.
The basic CF model can be provided with a large variety of product dedicated accessories and options like process monitoring sensors and product and containers reject systems. The CF frame is almost entirely constructed out of stainless steel and all product contacting parts are made of FDA accepted materials. The CF can be easily dis-assembled without the use of tools, even more simplifying cleaning and maintenance.
With the single, double or four track container/bottle conveyor, the CF can operate fully autonomously, but it can also be fully integrated into any tablet packaging line.
