Tecma Engineering Company S.A., based in France, is a specialist in the production of machines for packaging and special making up operations producing a range of systems and devices for both textile and non-textile products.
We have a huge range of equipment with endless applications that are used in a variety of different industrial sectors, an operation that we have built up over the last 30 years in providing service and skills in the form of tailor-made solutions for particular production problems and difficulties, often based on the technical and financial requirements of its customers.
The large range of equipment can cater for most of its existing and new customers' needs, although where we excel, is our ability to meet specific customer requirements, by either developing exclusi ...ve, bespoke machinery and/or modifying existing equipment to satisfy specific requirements over short lead times.
Our full range of nearly 250 standard machines varies from simple, inexpensive manual devices to fully automated machinery. Our particular strengths lie in the fact that our products are easy to use, easy to maintain, reliable, flexible and very productive. Our engineered products can be found in many different sectors that incorporate the following items: Medical, foundation garments, socks, compression socks, underwear, household linen, leather goods, knitwear, footwear, jeans, tools, tailored garments, jewellery, fancy goods, gardening special machines, rubber and soft toys, plus cutlery and cooking utensils.
We are also renowned for its strong marketing arm which has resulted in the sale of several thousand machines and devices worldwide. This is well supported by an efficient technical assistance service which provides troubleshooting, training and maintenance programmes plus the fulfillment of information and requests.
Our product lines of are initially divided in two categories: packaging equipment and sewing machine applications with devices developed for customized making up operations. Each of these categories is then subdivided in further groups. The subgroup for packaging applications includes: labeling and tagging by sewing, labeling and tagging by plastic fastening, customized equipment for attaching hooks, banding machines, wrapping machines plus various other machine models for particular production operation
The second subgroup contains the sewing equipment plus special devices enabling numerous making up operations including machinery for attaching, bows, elastic trims, pompoms, ribbons and bands. Read more
