The Pack Smart RP feeder is a proven work horse. The RP planetary motion pick and place system allows for handling of inconsistent and rigid products. Products such as fluid filled pouches, emery cloth,custom packaging handles, reclosable fitments, coupons, pharmaceutical cartons, CDs, plastics cards and other challenging products are a natural for the RP feeder.

When you absolutely have to feed at high speeds and avoid scratching the product at all cost, the RP pick and place feeder is top of the class. With speed capabilities of up to 800 packages per minute this feeder has it all,and with over
twelve standard configurations this unit offers unmatched flexibility.

Our servo controlled system allows for integration with third party equipment such as transport conveyors, folder gluers, finishing or packaging lines with minimum downtime. Macro programming enables the operator to select functions needed for specific jobs without the confusing parameters.
